DRAFT PREVIEW — Queuey CS2 is in development. The waitlist is live; matchmaking isn't yet.
Linux & Steam Deck native · YEG + Utah

The Faceit alternative
that runs on Linux.

Faceit's anti-cheat is Windows-only — it won't run on Linux, and Steam Deck is blocked because of it. Queuey CS2 is ranked Counter-Strike 2 built for Linux from the ground up: no kernel driver, no dual-boot, no excuses. sub-tick servers in Edmonton (YEG) and Utah, run on ASCS Cloud's own hardware.

Linux players deserve ranked CS2 too

Windows-only anti-cheat locked an entire platform out of competitive Counter-Strike. Queuey doesn't.

Faceit

  • No Linux support — the anti-cheat client is Windows-only
  • ✖ Kernel driver blocks Steam Deck / SteamOS
  • ✖ Needs a Windows VM + GPU passthrough just to play
  • ✖ Far-away servers → high, unstable ping

Queuey CS2 LINUX NATIVE

  • Native Linux — Ubuntu, Arch, Fedora, Bazzite, Debian
  • Steam Deck & SteamOS work out of the box
  • Server-side integrity — no kernel driver required
  • ✔ sub-tick YEG + Utah servers, low ping
Ubuntu Arch Fedora Bazzite SteamOS Debian openSUSE

Why Queuey

Competitive CS2 that runs on Linux

Queue with purpose. Fair ranks, clean sub-tick servers and integrity you can trust — on the OS you already game on, without the ping tax of overseas platforms.

FAQ

Questions

When does Queuey CS2 launch?

It's in active development. This page is a design draft — no matchmaking is live yet. Join the waitlist to hear first.

Does Queuey CS2 work on Linux?

Yes — that's the whole point. Queuey is Linux-first and works on Ubuntu, Arch, Fedora, Bazzite and SteamOS / Steam Deck. Integrity is enforced server-side, so there's no Windows-only kernel anti-cheat to block you.

Why not just use Faceit?

Faceit's anti-cheat doesn't support Linux, which locks out Linux desktop players and the Steam Deck completely. Queuey gives you ranked 5v5 on native Linux, with server-side integrity instead of a kernel driver.

Will I need to install anything?

Core queues use a lightweight one-click connect to the match server. No separate anti-cheat client and no kernel module to install.

Where are the servers?

Our first two regions — Edmonton (YEG) and Utah — are built and ready to launch (both sub-tick); matchmaking isn't live yet. Ontario / US East is next (SOON), with EU West (Frankfurt / Amsterdam) and EU North (Stockholm) planned after.

Is Queuey affiliated with Valve?

No. Queuey CS2 is an independent community platform for Counter-Strike 2 and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.

Can I bring my team?

Yes — party queues support 1–5 players, and a Team tier with scrims and tournament tools is planned.
